Brentwood Construction & Remodeling is a full service design/build contractor that specializes in home renovations, custom additions, and new custom homes for discriminating clients who value true craftsmanship and experience. We pride ourselves on customer service and it is our mission to make every project a fun and rewarding experience. All of our projects feature upgraded energy efficiency standards. In addition, we also offer environmentally conscious “green building”.

- Home Design: We feature in-house design for renovations, additions and custom homes and we also work with qualified architects and home designers.
- Consulting: Construction defect consulting, water intrusion, project management, and project estimating.
- Green Building: We are committed to guiding clients on the latest in “green building” trends, design and products. In addition to our membership in the FBGC, we achieved the designation of a “green home certifier”.

Eric Stier Executive Bio
Eric is a fourth generation builder and has been building homes in Florida for over 34 years. He started his career after graduation from the University of Cincinnati. Starting as a field superintendent, Eric quickly was promoted to become the license holder for a large builder in Naples. During the 90’s he was involved in building a large golf course community and built homes in many of Naples finest subdivisions.
In 2002, Eric was asked to relocate his family to Central Florida to become Director of Construction for Brentwood Custom Homes. Brentwood was recognized as “Central Florida’s Largest Custom Homebuilder” by the Orlando Business Journal. In 2009 Brentwood Construction and Remodeling was created with the focus to be on Central Florida’s residential remodeling and addition needs.
